power to the people and pluto’s promise
the astrological shift that will end centralized control
I am so excited, finally it is here!
This week November on 19th marked a significant and important astrological shift, possibly one of the most significant of our lifetime, because of the incredible change and transformation it will bring.
Pluto moves from Capricorn to Aquarius.
Lets unpack what this means by forecasting what will come in the years ahead…
pluto around the sun
Pluto takes 248 years to complete its solar return around the sun, which means the last time Pluto was in revolutionary Aquarius was 1778 – 1798.
From today, Pluto will stay in Aquarius for the next twenty years, marking twenty years of massive cultural and social change. To give you some context, let’s go back to the last time Pluto was in Aquarius.
Pluto was in Aquarius from 1778 to 1798, precisely when the United States Constitution was born—a document that represented the most revolutionary system of self-governance humanity had ever attempted.
This wasn’t coincidental; it was the manifestation of Aquarian principles of freedom, individual rights, and distributed power, breaking away from the monarchy into an entirely new form of government.
Just as Pluto’s coming into Aquarius birthed a nation founded on the radical idea that power should flow from the people rather than from kings or central authorities, this new cycle of Pluto through Aquarius will bring the next iteration
Of the collective shaking itself off from centralised, top-down control.
The birth of the American Constitution was revolutionary because it explicitly limited central government power and empowered individual rights—concepts that perfectly embodied Aquarian principles of freedom and power being taken from the centre and distributed to the periphery (the people).
Now, as Pluto returns to Aquarius for the first time since the nation’s founding, we’re seeing another revolution in governance and power distribution, but this time, it will probably be through technological networks combined with an expanded human consciousness.
Just as the American founding fathers created a system to protect individual liberty from centralised control, we’re now seeing the birth of new systems that will protect human freedom in the digital age.
The original Constitution was an gave the emerging country of America human liberty; today what the promise of Pluto in Aquarius is the possibility of a new Constitution 2.0 – a framework for freedom in an interconnected world.
The recent risk of our current times, is that the very technology that had the promise to free us, was being weaponised to control us. The whole Covid drive was to push us into centralised global passpoirts and digital ID’s linked to vaccine status, and ultimately leading into CBDC’s and social credit scroing system as what was being done in China.
Thankfully we may have dodged that bullet with a regine change after this last election, with the incoming Commander in chief set to return America to the original ethos of the constitution. Despite the main stream media’s atemtped hijacking of perception to paint him as a threat to the constution.
A classic case of unconscious projection, when they were the ones who actually broke the constitution nuerious times during Covid. The issue is that in the last 50 years, a bureaucratic system has been developed that allows non-elected government officials to rule over politicians appointed by the people.
The shift in political ideology from the far left to the centre-right (despite the mainstream media’s best attempts to paint the incoming administration as far right). Has meant that there is now an opportunity for distributed ledger blockchain technology to be utilised for freedom and liberty.
Lets see how the space develops.
Being in the Age of the element of Air for the next 200 years, certainly provides the energetic template for building infrastructure in the air (internet and cloud based technology.
We have recently emerged from 200 years in the Age of the element Earth. This happened when Jupiter and Saturn formed their Great Conjunction at 0° Aquarius on 21 Decemeber 2020. Which I remarked at the time was the beginning of the Age of Aquarius.
This moment created a fundamental shift in human consciousness and societal organization – from material (Earth) concerns to intellectual and technological (Air) priorities. It’s particularly significant that this shift occurred at 0° Aquarius, the same sign that Pluto is now entering, signalling a doubling down of Aquarian energy: first through the Jupiter-Saturn cycle initiating new social structures, and now through Pluto’s transformative power making these changes permanent.
the great power shift: from top-down to bottom-up
During its journey through Capricorn, Pluto exposed the problems with centralized power structures. If there was anything that Covid taught people, is that they were not as free as tbey thought. They had direct experinece of overt top down control
The awakening public how thoroughly power had been consolidated at the top – think of it like a massive pyramid scheme where wealth and control kept flowing upward until the structure became too top-heavy to sustain itself.
Now, as Pluto moves into Aquarius in 2024, we’re about to witness what I call the “Great Redistribution.” Imagine the Tower of Power that the elites have built – their carefully constructed hierarchy and hegemony of control through central banks, corporate monopolies, and government bureaucracies – starting to crumble under its own weight.
But this isn’t about chaos or destruction; it’s about reorganization. The power won’t disappear; it will redistribute itself organically from the ground up, like water finding its natural level.
Instead of power flowing from the top down through corrupt institutions and corporate hierarchies, we’ll see it emerging from the bottom up through community networks, decentralized systems, and collective decision-making.
This is the promise of Pluto in Aquarius – the dismantling of artificial power structures and the birth of natural, distributed systems of organization that serve the many rather than the few.
It’s about us, networking and connecting together and organising ourselves with out central authority. Leadership will become distriucbuted, and the network will lead and self regulate and correct.
Technically what will happen is morphogenic fields will develop based upon shared intentions, and the collective self aware consciousness with organise people into self directed tasks to support the system.
I wrote a whole manifesto on this new type of leadership:

the transformative shift: from hierarchy to network
The fundamental difference between Pluto in Capricorn versus Pluto in Aquarius is like comparing a pyramid to a web. Pluto in Capricorn (2008-2024) dealt with traditional power structures, hierarchical systems, and institutional authority – it exposed corruption in governments, corporations, and established institutions, showing us how thoroughly these top-down systems had been corrupted.
But its energy still operated within the framework of centralized power, even as it revealed its flaws. In contrast, Pluto in Aquarius (2024-2044) isn’t interested in reforming hierarchies – it seeks to abolish them entirely in favor of distributed networks of power.
Rather than fixing corrupt institutions, it creates systems that make corruption technically impossible through transparency and collective participation.
Think of it this way: Pluto in Capricorn showed us what was wrong with the old power structure, like an X-ray revealing cancer in a body, while Pluto in Aquarius introduces an entirely new operating system – replacing the diseased hierarchical body with a neural network of distributed intelligence.
It’s not about making the pyramid more efficient; it’s about replacing the pyramid with a web where power flows organically through networks of human consciousness and technological innovation.
but we need to move from here to there…
the problem of now: the corporate capture of american democracy
Lets dive into some of the key issues as to what I see is wrong with todays systems, and perhaps how thjis epoch of time may reshape things into something better.
The problem with our current system isn’t just inefficiency – it’s systematic corruption masked as legitimate governance. In 2023 alone, corporations spent over $4 billion on lobbying, with top spenders like Pfizer ($11.3 million), Meta ($19.5 million), and Amazon ($21.7 million) effectively purchasing policy influence.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce spent $59 million in lobbying efforts, while the defence industry giants – Lockheed Martin ($13.2 million), Raytheon ($13.4 million), and Boeing ($12.6 million) – ensured continuous war funding and military contracts.
This isn’t democracy; it’s policy auction to the highest bidder. Politicians enter Congress with modest wealth and mysteriously become millionaires – just look at Nancy Pelosi’s $100 million fortune accumulated on a government salary or the countless others who’ve enriched themselves through insider trading and “speaking fees.”
The military-industrial complex highlights this corrupt system perfectly. Companies like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and Raytheon don’t just lobby for contracts – they place former executives in key Pentagon positions, hire retired generals as consultants, and fund think tanks that inevitably recommend more military spending.
It’s a neat merry go round, with the same similar pathway of time in Government building a rollerdex of contacts. Then moving ibnto the private sector leveraging their network for their new high paying corporate sponsor to shake down the career unelected beuaurocrats who are the real power behind the politicans.
The revolving door between government and industry spins in a familiar path whereby defence contractors hire former government officials who then influence their former colleagues. At the same time, government agencies are staffed by industry insiders who steer contracts back to their former employers.
This creates an unbreakable cycle where perpetual war becomes profitable, peace becomes bad for business, and taxpayer dollars flow endlessly into corporate coffers. The system has been nearly impossible to shift because it’s not just corrupt – it’s corruption codified into the standard operating procedure, protected by the very legislators and regulators who profit from it.
I bet there are some people quaking at Trumps recent Cabnet appointments. People purposely picked and poised with the promise of breaking up the merry go round.
the web of systemic corruption: following the money and power
Let’s dive deeper into this corrupted web of influence. The military-industrial complex is just one tentacle of a larger octopus. Consider how these systems interlock: Big Pharma controls the FDA and CDC through revolving door appointments and research funding, while simultaneously controlling media narratives through advertising dollars.
the sickness cartel
In 2023, pharmaceutical companies spent over $6.8 billion on TV advertising alone, effectively buying editorial silence about drug prices and side effects.
Then there’s Big Agriculture companies like Monsanto (now Bayer), who not only control seed patents and farming practices but also fund university research to validate their products’ safety.
Their executives move freely between corporate boardrooms and government regulatory positions at the USDA and EPA. The same pattern repeats with Big Tech, where former Google and Meta executives staff the FCC and FTC, ensuring regulatory decisions favor their former employers.
I think a lot more people are aware now of this collusion, then when I first pulled apart the infected siuckness industry back in 1999. And I am sure the whole system is not overjoyed at the appintment of Robert Kennedy to come and poke around in their playground.
banking
And don’t get me started on the banking system, which I think most people now can see is clearly the worlds largest ponzi scheme. The Federal Reserve, a private institution masquerading as a government agency, is owned by major banks who literally create money out of thin air, then lend it back to the government with interest.
The revolving door between Wall Street and the Treasury Department ensures policies always protect banking interests over citizens. Goldman Sachs alone has placed dozens of executives in key government positions, earning it the nickname “Government Sachs.”
energy and education
The energy sector provides another perfect example of systemic corruption. Oil companies spend millions lobbying against clean energy while their executives sit on energy policy committees.
Meanwhile, they fund think tanks to produce “research” questioning climate change, while media companies dependent on their advertising dollars provide favorable coverage.
Even the education system is compromised, with textbook companies controlled by corporate interests ensuring students learn approved versions of history and economics.
These aren’t separate systems – they’re all interconnected. The same investment firms like BlackRock and Vanguard own controlling shares in media companies, pharmaceutical firms, defence contractors, and technology giants.
The same law firms represent these corporations while drafting legislation for Congress. The same think tanks provide intellectual cover for all their activities. It’s a closed loop of power and profit, where every component works to protect and perpetuate the others.
This is why surface-level reform never works – you can’t fix a system that’s designed to be corrupted. The only solution is complete transformation through technological systems that make this kind of corruption technically impossible.
Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies offer this possibility by creating transparent, immutable systems where every transaction and decision is publicly visible and algorithmically enforced.
blockchain and the future of distributed governance
Just as the Constitution created a revolutionary system of checks and balances, blockchain technology offers something even more profound: algorithmic governance that removes the need for human authority entirely.
I got excited about the possibility of this technology back in 2017, when I first came across it. It had such a beautiful promise of what the technology could do to free us. But simulataneously was scary how much it could also control us.
With the recent shift in the zeitgesit of the United States, we may see a return to the original promise of what this technology could do.
Imagine a system where political decisions, fund allocations, and policy implementation are governed by transparent, immutable smart contracts rather than corruptible officials or corporate interests.
The beauty of distributed ledger technology is that it makes corruption technically impossible rather than just illegal. When every transaction, every policy decision, and every dollar spent is recorded on a public blockchain, the traditional mechanisms of corporate control over politicians – dark money, lobbying, and backdoor deals – become obsolete.
Campaign financing could be managed through smart contracts that automatically enforce contribution limits and provide complete transparency. Voting systems could be secured through blockchain verification, making election fraud technically impossible rather than just illegal.
But the real revolution lies in how these technologies enable new forms of direct democracy and community governance. DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) offer a preview of how future governance might work – where citizens can participate directly in decision-making through secure digital platforms, where budgets are allocated transparently through smart contracts, and where the will of the people is executed automatically without the need for intermediary authorities. Imagine a system where:
- Tax dollars are automatically allocated based on citizen voting
- Policy implementation is governed by smart contracts
- Political promises become programmable commitments
- Corporate influence is eliminated through algorithmic transparency
- Community decisions are executed automatically without bureaucratic delay
The corporations that currently control our political system through campaign contributions and lobbying would find their influence negated by these new systems.
When power is held in distributed networks governed by transparent algorithms, there’s no central authority to corrupt, no politician to buy, no regulation to manipulate.
This is exactly the kind of revolutionary restructuring that Pluto in Aquarius heralds – the replacement of human authority with systematic transparency and distributed power.
from hierarchical control to collective empowerment
As Pluto moves through Aquarius over the next two decades, we’ll witness a fundamental restructuring of how human society organises itself.
The old pyramid structure of power – with a few elites at the top controlling the masses below – will give way to distributed networks of self-organizing communities. This isn’t just about political systems; it’s about humanity evolving beyond the need for centralized control into a more mature form of self-regulation.
Think of it like the shift from old-style telephone networks, where everything had to go through a central switchboard, to the internet, where information flows freely between nodes.
Leadership will become more fluid and situational, with different individuals stepping forward based on their expertise and the community’s needs rather than predetermined hierarchical positions.
We’re already seeing early signs of this in blockchain technologies, decentralized organizations, and community-driven initiatives where authority is earned through contribution rather than imposed from above.
The really exciting aspect is how this shift aligns with human consciousness evolution. As people awaken to their own power and potential, they naturally require less external control.
Communities will increasingly self-regulate through shared values and collective wisdom rather than top-down rules and enforcement. Technology will serve this evolution by creating transparent systems for collaboration and decision-making, making it possible for large groups to coordinate effectively without centralized control. The result won’t be chaos, as the old guard fears, but rather a more organic, responsive form of organization that better serves everyone’s needs.
This transformation reflects a fundamental truth: humanity is ready to move beyond the parent-child relationship with authority into a more mature model of collective responsibility and distributed leadership.
The old systems of control aren’t just being dismantled – they’re being transcended as humanity evolves into a new way of being together that honors both individual sovereignty and collective harmony.
from personal desires to collective wisdom
Here’s the fascinating paradox about true people power – it’s not about getting what you personally want. When we talk about the shift into Aquarian consciousness and distributed power systems, many of us make the mistake of thinking “brilliant, now everyone will see things my way.” But that’s just our ego talking, we are still stuck in old patterns of wanting control.
Real collective consciousness and distributed power mean sometimes – actually, quite often – things won’t go your way. You might think you know what’s best for society. You might believe your values around equality, freedom, or justice are obviously right.
But true people power means accepting that the collective wisdom might choose differently than you would. This is what makes the coming Plutonian shift into Aquarius so challenging for many awakened individuals – it requires us to truly surrender our personal need for control into trust of collective intelligence.
Think about it like this: If you’re used to being the most conscious person in the room, the one who “gets it” while others are still asleep, the shift to genuine distributed power might actually feel like a step backwards.
But this is the ego’s last grasp at control, disguised as enlightened thinking. The real revolution isn’t about getting everyone to agree with your enlightened viewpoint – it’s about creating systems where collective wisdom can emerge, even when it contradicts your personal truth.
This is the real test as Pluto moves into Aquarius: Can we truly trust in collective consciousness, even when it chooses differently than we would? Can we surrender our individual “rightness” to the wisdom of the whole?
This isn’t about giving up our values or voice—it’s about understanding that true revolution means sometimes being in the minority and being okay with that.
the phoenix of transformation
The next 20 years is up to the WE.
It is whatever the majority decides is the direction that things will go. The energetic templates of the Aquarian astrology is guiding us. The power of Pluto will first bring necessary destruction of outdated Capricornian structures – and yes, my wife often reminds me that the phoenix rises from the ashes, not the flames.
The coming few years may feel turbulent as old systems crumble and power structures dissolve, but this dismantling is a natural and necessary part of the cosmic cycle.
By the next election cycle, we should be ready for the rebuilding phase, with new leadership emerging to construct rather than deconstruct. Remember, what appears as chaos in the moment is often the universe reorganizing itself into a more harmonious order – trust in the process of death and rebirth, for it is through this transformation that humanity will find its wings.
I believe in us.
The power of WE has this.
